In simple words the process is as follow

1-EU Citizen must be engaged in economic activity (employed or self-employed).
Have enough resources and medical insurance to ensure that you do not become a burden on the social services of Ireland
or
Be enrolled as a student with enough finicial resources
2-Fill up "form EU1A" Application (No Fee)
3-Produce 2 Years relationship proofs (As many as possible), Including with EU Citizen activity proof, Utility Bills, Tenancy Agreement RTB,
4-Receive Stamp 4EUFam (Residence Permit Card)
5-Complete 5 Year time
6-Fill up "form EU 3" Application (6 Months before RP card expiry) (No Fee)
7-Produce last 5 Years proofs (Minimum 3 Proofs each Year)
8-Receive Stamp 5 Residence Residency Card (Without condition as to time' (WCATT)
The stamp will be valid up to the expiry date on your passport.
9- Apply for Naturalisation. (Application Fee €175)(Certificate Fee €950)
10-Attend Ceremony and receive your Naturalisation Certificate.
11-Apply for an Irish Passport.

No 8 is wrong, EU family members who have lived in the state for 5 years do not get stamp 5, they get stamp 4 EU fam for 10 years. That is permanent residence.

Is it two years of proof of living together for the previous two years (De Facto) or two years of proving a durable, lasting relationship? This part confuses me.
