Previous earning - clarify

Hello everyone,

Now there have been couple of queries regarding calculation of Previous earning (including mine few weeks ago). But it's a bit confusing here hence I want to clarify things again so it helps me and others in similar situation

For past 12 month period, I works in UK for 10 calendar months and 1 day. For rest period I was in India. While I was in UK (seconded overseas by Indian employer), I received India Salary + UK allowance (I have payslip for both). For rest 2 months I received India Salary only.

Now when I calculate my previous earning, I believe there will be no uplift ratio of 5.3 applie for 10 months.
(UK Allowance + India Salary converted to GBP) for 10 month

For the remaining 2 months, I will apply uplift ratio of 5.3 to my India Salary
(2 months India Salary converted to GBP) X 5.3


Is this correct? Please clarify.
