You'll simply need to show you've been working in this field - and they suggest 3 months of payslips:
From the Cambridge PDF
Evidence of currently working at an ‘exceptional talent level’. This does not need to cover the
full three year period. We recommend the following evidence:
Aletterfromyourdepartment/institutionwhichconfirmsyouarecurrentlyemployed,
dates of employment, your job title and your salary; and
Yourlast3monthsofpayslips.
So you should be fine!
