Asylum Person Married wit E.U Member-Need help n information

Hi all..If some body help me about tis matter plz...My friend married with E.U citizen last year and he is currently on Asylum status in ireland..after the EU. court dession would he also entitle to get EUFam4 status?or he not entitle for this?plz help it..thanks

yes of course he is also entitled to EU1
