Assuming you hold an FLR m spouse visa as your previous posts suggest, your residence clock starts from the date you entered the UK on a spouse visa (not a fiance visa).

Correction, you appear to have switched to FLR m within the UK, your ilr clock states from your FLR m visa issue date as you were within the UK. You need 5 years on FLR m to qualify for ilr.

If you qualify for ilr based on 10 years long residence, it is starts from date of entry too.

Thank you, for myself it’s 10 yr route I will be applying for so it’s the date of entry in UK. Is that correct?
My Cousion is tier 2 on work permit and has same query so is it also date of entry in Uk for her?
Thank you in advance

Yes.

1. No it is not. Different routes have different rules.

2. Ask your cousin to register on the forum and ask their own ilr questions in their own topic. It is unfair and confusing to members to ask them in one topic as they both have completely different rules and requirements.

Somewhere at the topi of the ukcvas page is an option for uploading your documents.

Thank you that was helpful. I have uploaded documents . Do I just wait for them to contact me ? As there are no appointments available for booking?

Yes, you need to wait to hear from them.

I made the application via UKVI and the best thing now is to wait email from UKVCAS and then create an account with them and start uploading the document?

Hi,
Thank you for all the advice , I have a confusion as I read through few posts , I managed to get invitation for IDV live app and submitted what’s required , didn’t get any email about what to do next but also managed to book in person BRP appointment for 30th Sep. But after that received an email suggesting that they have accepted my previous BRP details and will contact me if I need anything . Should I cancel the appointment? Or is it best to do both? Not entirely sure what to do ?
Thank you in advance .
