Dear All,
I have a very unique and unfortunate situation and I need some help and guidance from all of you.
My previous citizenship application in 2016 was refused on the good characters grounds.
I had 2 council parking fines where my parking ticket time expired and I got a parking ticket(paid immediately)
I had 2 PCN's for bus lane entry (Paid immediately)
I had 1 speeding on motorway resulting in speed awareness course with no points on license.
I declared all of these on my applications and my application was refused.
The refusal letter said that I can reapply but any application before 3 years from last fixed penalty will be unlikely to succeed.
Since then I have had no other tickets or PCN's etc till date.
I am now planning to reapply but the new application form asks to declare the same information but not just from the last 5 years but it says all PCN's , PFN's etc needs to be declared.
Reading other posts on this topic I realise that I could have NOT declared any of those which I did on my previous application without being dishonest.
But since I did, now my question is do I still need to declare the same PCN's on my new application?
If yes, can my application be still refused due to the same PCN's back from 2014/15 which resulted in previous refusal ?
I have researched and gone through the guidance but I am still not sure and would really appreciate any help/guidance from the experts here.
Many Thanks for your help
