Tier 2 (Health and care) Visa

Hello

I am a doctor on Tier 2 general visa, I am changing employers(Currently in UK) and there is a question while filling the form (are you eligible for Health and care visa?)

I believe its only for those from outside the UK applying as health care professionals or extending their health and care Visa

I have been on Tier 2 General for 5 years and only extending My visa for one year so should I answer yes or No ? My CoS Tier 2 ( General -change of employment-ISC exempt)
