1) Spouse.

2) FLR(M).

3) Yes. B1 is preferable, if she can manage it. Else, either A2 or A1 for first switch to FLR(M).

Hi Vinny,

Thanks alot for your quick reply. Just wanted to clarify:

1) Her last grant of leave to reamin was on the basis of ten year partner route under paragraph D-LTRP1.2, is She currently on Flr (M)?

2) do we need to show any money as a proof of funds for certain amount of months?

3) if she apply for 10 years route extension, can she be qualified for Ilr next year? as her 10 years going to be completed by end of next year? although it is expensive :(

Thanks,

1. She is on FLR FP 10 year partner route. When was this leave to remain granted?? FLR M has different requirements such as English and financial and comes under different immigration rules. Your topic heading states PBS dependent extension, she doesn't hold a PBS dependent visa.

2. For FLR M there is an income requirment you have to prove if £18,600pa.

3. All visas count for ilr based in 10 years long residence, provided she meets all the requirements for ilr based on long residence.

If she is under D-LTRP1.2., then she may as well extend on FLR(FP) under the same route. However, she will need KoLL when applying for ILR.

Hi Vinny,

She has already passed her Life in the Uk test.

Does she need to pass any English language course now for FLR (FP) extension? If yes then which one?

Thanks,

Not for FLR(FP). However, B1 English is also required for KoLL.

Hi Vinny,

I just downloaded Flr (fp) form and can see there are variouse option to choose category of visa e.g.

1) Family life as a partner (10 year route)
2) Private life in the UK (10 years route)

Can u plz confirm what option do i need to select from above?
