urgent plz help!

Can any successfull applicants from non-english speaking nations inform me if it is compulsory to add an ielts or toefl score sheet as evidence for english knowledge or any other evidence may be accepted?

1).Any proof like having been taught in the English Language

2). Proof that the language used at work is English - anything towards these 2 crtireia will do..

What form of proof that the language used at work is English can be used ?

I see only the option - specify it in the reference letter from manager.

Or if the company is a branch of well known american / english company it is not necessary ?

This point is very important for me also ...

I am also confused as to what could be a document for proving that
the school/university or office uses english as the medium of communication.

A letter from the university registrar and a copy of the university/ course prospectus would be useful to indicate that your education was conducted in English. Likewise a letter from the employer detailing the language of business as English would be appropriate. Where you have worked/ are working in a multinational company (of course for an appropriate length of time) then this is less of an issue for the HSMP Team and the ECO. The advantage of an IELTS/ TOEFL etc test score is that there is no subjectiveness (or there shouldn't be) in relation to your linguistic ability.
