If I have a work start date of Jan 1st, 2021, under a Tier 2 ICT visa, how long before and after this date am I allowed to enter the UK? I've read that a visa vignette is attached to the visa which allows entry up to 14 days before the work start date? Also curious if that exists after the work start date (ie if employer is supportive of me starting remotely then arriving in the UK)?
