Tier1 - what are my privledges?

Hi,
Just got Tier1 visa stamped for 3 yrs. and i have the following doubts..plz clear them

1. I did not recieve any letter with the visa. (am i supposed to get?)
2. Which countries can visit without visa? where all can I work?
3. do i have to travel within 6 months or something?

It's a Tier 1 not a magic wand! You can work only in the UK, you can not travel anywhere without a visa except Switzerland (I think).
You are supposed to get a letter with the Tier 1.
