Citizenship ceremony

Hello,
I have received the citizenship approval letter via email on 15 Aug 2020.
However, i haven't heard anything further via email or via post regarding the ceremony.
I do understand the ceremonies are delayed now due to covid.

My questions are :
1. Would we get a postal letter about the approval of naturalization ?
2. Will the invite letter for ceremony come from HO or from the city council ?
3. Will the invite letter be sent over as email or via post ?/
