Short-term study visa help

Hi,

My gf (Russian passport) is living in Turkey on a 1-year tourist visa, which will soon be renewed, she wants to come to the UK for short-term english language course?

I am BRP holder can I sponsor her by paying for the placement and also writing a letter of support. Or is a letter not needed if she has confirmation of acceptance from the school?

I checked the UK and can't see anything that would make it an overly difficult process?

Have I missed anything?
