Naturalisation application accepted, but council has not received my details

Hello,

I have applied for my wife and daughter for naturalisation. We had some delay due to Covid, but then received an email from the home office saying application accepted.
More than 2 months now, never heard from the council for the ceremony. I have contacted the council and they said they have not received their details.

I am trying to contact the home office with no success.
Any advice would be appreciated.
