Swedish work permit

Thanks in advance for your help.

My brother is applying work permit in sweden. He completed 30 credits but 24 of them are post graduate study and 6 are from swedish language course at university.

I am just checking will that be fine.

I tried everywhere to look but no anwer. Anyone here who has knowledge about this?
