Switching from ICT to tier 2 dependent out of country application

Hi

We are applying for ICT extension for my wife and we may have to travel out of UK due to some personal reasons before she gets visa extension.

We know her visa application would be withdrawn in that case. I already hold tier 2 general visa. So she will be applying for tier 2 dependent visa from home country. We want to know if there can be problem in her tier 2 dependent visa due to her ICT extension application getting withdrawn in UK.

We know ideally we should directly apply her tier 2 dependent visa, but her employer won’t allow to work in UK on dependent visa. She will have to resign from her job. So thought of giving a try to apply ICT extension.

Please suggest if there can be any issue due to her ICT extension application getting withdrawn.
