MN1 application for daughter

Post by Dha » Fri Oct 16, 2020 12:04 pm

Hello Guys

I gotquery about my child MN1 application and passport, I have applied for MN1 registration for my 2 years old daughter 2months ago but still not heard anything back from Home office yet, we got an urgent to travel India with child.
Is it possible to travel India with her Indian passport? and apply for british passort from india once registration certificate arrived to UK address and come back to once her passport arrived.
do we face any problems with immigration while returning back to UK as her new passport dont have any stamps on it?

Note: child dependent visa already expired, she dont have any visa now.

your suggestions are much appreciated guys
