Spouse visa application process

Guys can somene let me know
after submitted what we need to do
its asking me to create an account on sopra Steria UKVCAS
is it same procedure as naturalization where we created account on sopra then upload all the documents and make an appointment where we went physically and showed all the original documents and they returned all the documents after verification
is it the same procedure for Spouse as well
