Dependent visa outside the country

Post by Dineshdina321 » Wed Oct 21, 2020 1:30 pm

Dear all,

I have recently received email from home office my set ILR has been successful.

I have few query in regards to dependent visa outside the UK.

I have not met the income requirement for dependent visa. What category is best I should apply for visa and is it is possible in first stand. If possible should I apply under flr (fp) or flr (m).

Secondly what is easiest option I heard employee is the best option as I need to show only 6 months statement and payslip above the greater value of 18600/12=1550 or more monthly. Self employed is whole year and it's complicated.

I got a job offer and accommodation on the same will it create any problem even though landlord ready to provide noc certificate.

I found the list on forum
Online application.
Ielts or naric certificate
Noc certificate from landlord
Employee letter in details
Payslip and bank statements 6 months
Passport copy and bio.
Marriage certificate.
Chat history.

Anything else I missed above.

Your guidance and help is much appreciated.

Thanks
Dineshdina.
