Can I claim back my immigration health surcharge

Hi All,

I was just wondering if it is possible to claim back some of my immigration health surchage

First immigration health surcharge paid for 3 years (April 2016 - April 2019), alongside with first Tier 2;
Second immigration health surcharge paid for 3 years (Aug 2018 - Aug 2021), alongside with second change of employer Tier 2

Now ILR granted in Oct 2020

Questions 1:
I paid twice for the period of Aug 2018 - April 2019, can I claim it back?

Question 2:
Can I claim back the amount from Nov 2020 onwards as now I have ILR?
