TIER2 BRP collection time period

Dear All,

My finance got her TIER2 visa issued on 02 Oct2020 in Pakistan and we are getting married in Dec 2020, she will be travelling back with me in Dec, on her letter it says "You must collect your BRP from the following collection point before vignette expires (issued for 90 days) or within 10 days of arriving in the UK, whichever is the later."

My question is if we travel to UK for example on 20th December and as per rule she will need to quarantine for 14 days would she still be able to collect her BRP or will there be any issue? Is there any contact number we can call and clarify this?
