Hi,
on 25th of September (over a month ago) I received email that my application processed and I should get IPR card and passport back soon.
After a week I have checked the tracking number that comes with email I saw that it was returned back to sender.
A few days later lady rang and said that passport was returned back. The address was perfect with exact post code.
She said I will resend again, and a few days later I received my passport back.
But card never arrived I suspect it might have being returned as well. Not sure what is the problem perhaps that I have business address.
Any suggestion please how to get in touch with them?
