No response for BRP Nomination form

Hi all, due to the covid pandemic, I was hoping to collect the BRP on behalf of my minor children. I have filled the form on gov.uk site 15 days back but didnt get a response.

Anyone else faced the same? They promise a response in 5 working days but could the delay be due to covid? Thanks in advance

Hi,
I too have the same issue. I went to PO directly and check with them if by chance they have received any letter but in vain.
They said we will have to wait and said that the PO will have the BRP for 60 days.

Good Morning

We are currently experiencing significant delays in the production of 3rd Party collection letters.

If you are unable to collect your BRP at present, then be reassured that the Post Office will hold onto your BRP for at least 60 days, but this may be extended depending on current Covid-19 measures that are put in place.

Got this response from the Home Office today. Looks like the delay is on their side and it can take long for the collection letters to be produced

Received an email now. Asking that they will send an email on 9th Nov with details and card would be ready for collection from 10th

I have used complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk to raise this issue but have received no response so far. Will be interested to know if there is anywhere else we can flag the issue.

I am also facing the same issue. I applied for nomination approval on 23rd November and till date there is no response. I have even raised a complaint as well but that is also unheard. I am now really worried about the whole process as it's almost 50 days now and I am still unable to get confirmation to collect my son's BRP

I am also facing the same issue. I filled form 21.01.2021, nearly 40 days passed and no response from HO. I also wrote to complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk , again no response. Is there any other contact mail or number?
