LOST IRP

I would be grateful if you could help me is sorting this issue .

I am Due renewal of IRP in 3rd week of November Stamp 4 . I have lost the IRP and don't know what to do as the Burgh Quay is closed for Renewals .
I tried emailing burgh quay with no Joy .

You need to file a lost IRP declaration in any Garda station and obtain a report.
As your IRP is about to expire, you should just apply for renewal online as normal. When they ask you to send in your IRP card, instead of sending that card, send over the Garda report and add a cover letter explaining that your card has been lost.
