Can someone please advise!!! is it a must to post the FLR application form? Can one submit it in person?

What about the ILR?

Yes you can only send by post, if i'm not totally wrong.

I also had same question when I was ready with my FLR. I was worried with Royal Mail as they recently shreded my other mail.

I dunno about ILR never applied for that :P

So make your heart hard and handover to Royal mail.
