@CR001: Thank you.

@OP:

You have to start with the Tier 1 Ent guidance so you have a better understanding of the rules. Come back with specific questions you may have then.

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... V_1019.pdf

Also, it is best to list your immigration history with dates especially when you got your initial and extension of Tier 1 entrepreneur visa.

CT41G is the welcome letter you would have received when you registered your company for corporation tax. It is not necessary. One document is needed to prove that your company is registered for corporation tax. CT41G is a suggestion. But please read the Tier 1 Ent guidance also.

CAR: Current Appointment Report (but not needed if you are self-employed).

Consent form: You will get this when you fill the SET(O) form. The form will provide a link to download this. But you can also see here:

1) indefinite-leave-to-remain/t1-ent-to-il ... 07161.html

2) IDV is the past. You must book a biometrics appointment with UKVCAS now. You need to scan and upload all documents before that on UKVCAS website.

Hello cullinan, i need bit more advice, i have filled the application form it really simple and based on basic information.
Somebody told me he will charge £1500 for fill the application form because we need to prepare emplyees CV, like what job duties they are doing and their qualifications etc? But in form i can see just job title and start n finish date they asked for. Do we need really provide complete CV for each emplyee?
2) do we need information regarding director duties ?
3) one of my employee working for me last 2 years but i am going to claim hours for last 12 months , in form they asked job starting date so i need to give 2 years back date or just claiming period date?
Please answer these questions with you best knowledge.

Many thanks

1) That person is talking non-sense and wants to rob you off your money. You simply need few lines/paragraph to explain on an A4 sheet or cover letter.

2) Yes. Simply briefly explain on an A4 sheet or cover letter.

3) If the job was created 2 years ago, then the start date will be 2 years ago. However, you can only claim period after extension. The evidence will be the relevant RTI FPS and the wage slips. CW will go by the evidence you submit.

Hi thank you for your reply, in covering letter do i need to explain my business nature and jobs descriptions?
Actually my extension was refused due to genuineness test, case worker put some objections on my genuiness business but I explained in admin review for it was successful and i got the extension.
Do you think they will again put some objections again?

Thx

c) Regardless of whether you are self-employed, a director or member, you must also provide:
(i) an overview of your business’s activity, including an explanation of the goods or services it provides to its customers or clients; and
(ii) your job title and job description, setting out your role within the company, how you are implementing your business plan and what your main tasks and responsibilities are in running the business on a day-to-day basis.
Employee:
(c) Confirmation of the employment start date, job title, job description, hours paid per pay period and the hourly rate for each settled worker relied upon to claim points, including any changes in the hours worked per pay period or the hourly rate and the dates of those changes.
Please read the Tier 1 guidance pages 26/27.

I can not comment how HO will process your case. However, if your proved your genuineness in admin review at extension time, is is more likely you will have a smooth sail at ILR stage. However, note, no genuine test documents are required but HO may request later on as they wish.

I would urge you to read the guidance properly and thoroughly again.

Keep it short and brief to the point. No need to write essays.

Also note the online form only lets you add ONE hourly rate per pay period, so if your employee’s wage rate was increased/decreased you must add that on a cover letter/additional page.
hours paid per pay period and the hourly rate for each settled worker relied upon to claim points,

Real Time Information
Full Payment Submissions

Under Real Time Information (RTI), you must send your company, employee and employee payment details, each time you pay your employees. The FPS is the submission you must make to HMRC each time you pay your employees and contains; ... Starter and leaver information.

FPS is submitted to HMRC under the RTI.
You need this.

To be honest, I have not gone through this as yet. Genuine entrepreneur test is not a new requirement though.

What new requirements did you come across??
