Belgium Work Permit - Change in surname after marriage

Hi ,
I am about to raise belgium work permit from UK.

Myself and my wife are Indian passport holder. She changed her surname in her passport after marriage.
Passport ( husband name as surname ) and BRP uk( father name as surname ). She got Two passport( old passport - visa is valid , new passport with new name , same passport number for both)she don't have time to change the name in BRP. Now we have to apply for belgium work permit now.

Can I apply for the visa and will there any problem ? Kindly suggest me as I need to apply belgium work permit immediately.
