BRP for daughter did not arrive

Hi everyone
First of all thanks a lot for all the support I always had from this forum
My wife and daughter applied for ILR , application was approved for both of them . My wife received her BRP but my daughter’s BRP did not arrive
Not provided with any courier details
After waiting for 10 working days I have reported it on gov.uk/BRP
Is there anything else needed to be done ?
