If the same B1 was used for ILR, then yes, otherwise make sure it is on the approved list and no less than 2 years old.

Do you have a UK degree? Otherwise, see:

Thanks CULLINAN,
yes same B1 which is used for ILR, and passed in January 2019, (Graded Examinations in Spoken English (GESE) Grade 5) and it is in approved list, so is it usable if I apply in Jan 2021 or after?

It is valid even if you apply after Jan 2021.
Applying for citizenship
You can use a B1 level qualification that’s run out if you’re applying for citizenship and it was accepted when you settled in the UK.

It does not matter if the B1 level test you took is not on the current list of recognised tests. You do not need to take another test.

thanks CULLINAN, another question, my son will be 18 in February, in case we apply after January, so should he pass LIUK and Eng test as well? (and its not necessary if we apply in January?)
