Qaulify period for ilr from tier 1 ent

can i also take advantage and ask when do i qualify for ILR as well.

Main Applicant Granted T1E: 07 Feb 2017
Dependent applicant Granted T1E (d): 01- Aug-2017

Visa expired 7-June-2020

In time application made 4-June-2020

T1E Extension Approval received 26 Sept 2020

Am I missing something? Why FLR(FP) was made and then varied to Tier 1 extension again??
