In the government website, https://www.gov.uk/long-residence/eligibility the 28 days before was n't clear - appreciate any advise or views ?

Please start your own topic and do not tag on other member’s thread. You can apply 10 years minus 28 days. However, to be on the safe side just book biometrics once you complete 10 years. Google LR guidance.
