Trying to be patient - failing badly!

Post by limey10 » Wed Nov 25, 2020 6:34 pm

Hi All, I hope everyone is well.

Submitted ILR Set(M) August 26th, IDV enrolled via the App September 9th.
Current BRP due to expire January 21st, 2021

No desperate rush but a few questions...

1) I'm guessing that if this process goes beyond current BRP expiry date, then that date is automatically extended. Does that also include the "Right to Work"?

2) If I can't stand the deafening silence any longer, who to contact in the first instance, Home Office or UKVCAS?

3)... and how likely is it that I will get a reply/definitive answer?

Thanks in advance,

Phil
