Post by gentle_man317 » Fri Dec 04, 2020 9:15 pm

Hi all.
I'm in Egypt and a husband of British wife and we have four kids they live in UK.I need to apply for Spouse Visa to live with my family.
I need your help with calculation of adequate maintenance as I didn't understand the equation A-B>C Specially part C.My wife receive weekly benefits as below:
1- 67£ Carrer Allowance.
2- 173.7£ Child Tax for only 3 kids as the fourth baby born after 2017 not entitled to child tax credit.
3- 57.92 Child Benefit for the four kids.
4-Housing benefit full paid with Universal Credit and no Counsil Tax cost.

Please help to know is every thing is OK.Appreciate your help.
