Certificate non received by council but I have received an invitation letter roughly 20 days ago

Hi all!

I have been following this forum for advices to aid my application process, it has helped me a lot!! thank you!! this is my timeline:

Decision: 24 August
Invitation Letter Date: 12 November
Invitation Letter received: 21 November
Council: H&F

I can see that majority of people as soon as they receive the invitation letter their certificate is already waiting for them at the council, but this was not the case form me unfortunately!

Is there anyone else in my same situation with same or different council?
