Visa Type for Dependents after Main applicant got ILR

Dear All,

Please help with my query.

I obtained my ILR (Set LR) in October 2020 and previously I had Tier 2 General which was valid until 2024.
My dependents (Spouse & son) are in Tier 2 Dependent Visa which is valid until 2024.
My dependents will complete their 10 year long residence by 2022.

Question
1) Since I got ILR, should my dependents need to switch to some other dependent visa ? if so what Visa type ?
2) Should my dependents wait till 2022 and apply ILR Set LR as they have Tier 2 Dependent visa valid until 2024 ?
