Non EU Spouse entry to UK after 1st Jan 2021 - which Visa?

My spouse currently holds the Irish EUFAM4 (article 10 residence card) which currently permits entry to the UK for holidays etc. Does anyone know which Visa will be required from Jan 1st onwards to travel there (i.e Northern Ireland/rest of UK) - is it simply just a UK holiday visa that should be applied for?
