Tier 2 general Dependent InCountry Visa Timeline after BiOmetric

Hi, I have made an application for tier 2 general dependent extension in country visa, my biometrics are done on 9th Dec and i have not received any communication what are timelines or how to check the visa status, the main applicant already has approved visa. Can anyone help on the timeline to get the new BRP
