Outland application NARIC??

Hello Everyone,
I am a Health Care professional applying from India. I have got an employer who is willing to sponsor me.
I previously studied a Post-Graduate Certificate in the UK from 2017-2018. Do I still need to prove my English Language Proficiency? Also do I need to get a NARIC Certificate to equate my Undergraduate degree in my profession to that of the UK?
