Tier2 - BRP has not arrived even after 32 working days

Hi,

I have been visiting to Post office every week to check on the status of my BRP card. I have reported twice on https://www.biometric-residence-permit.service.gov.uk/ and it's been 32 working days after the first report and 21 working days after the second report.

Also, I have checked with TNT with the post office post code and got to know there is item with the post code. I have to travel to India and as I understand, I cannot enter UK without BRP card.

Anyone has any idea or suggestion or any ways to contact BRP team.
