The only required documents for Set (LR) are: Passports covering all 10 years, current BRP, Life in the UK test reference, proof of fulfilment of English language requirement.

No one knows when priority and super-priority services will return.

Also useful to detail your full immigration history when asking such questions.

Post by Happydays11 » Mon Nov 02, 2020 12:09 am

i am applying for ILR 10 Long residency basis from point based system. i have wife and two child on my supposer (dependants) visa as they are completing their 6 years and they won't be appling ILR with me

1) my question what application they have to fill
2) what about 18600 rule as they completed 6 years , it seems really doesn't matter if they apply for 5 year route do they still have to complete minimum salary requirement

Note that getting ILR under Tier 1 may be simpler for dependants.

Else, if they satisfy the financial requirements and spouse satisfy the English requirements, etc., then they may as well try for FLR(M) under D-LTRP.1.1. I think FLR(FP) is under D-LTRP.1.2. Try to wait until you are granted ILR before dependants apply. But they must apply before their leave expire.

See also Appendix FM-SE.

The five year route will start after being granted FLR(M).

Normal
If you pass the test
You must score 75% or more to pass the test.

You’ll get a ‘unique reference number’. You’ll need this number to complete your citizenship or settlement application. The Home Office will use it to check that you’ve passed.

If you took your test before 17 December 2019, you’ll have a letter with a ‘test reference ID’ instead of a unique reference number.

If you have lost your letter, send a letter explaining that you have lost it with your citizenship or settlement application.

No paper confirmation given nowadays. Only the reference number. And that is enough for the application.

Well you have to choose one or specify before asking questions then. Both have different requirements.

If you have dependants, then choosing the 5-year route may be better for them.

Yes only the reference number suffices. If there is need for any verification, HO knows how to go about it.
