Medical evidence issue

hello guys,
hope you all doing great. just got one question , im send some medical evidence to home office. i did received an email from VandCSheffield.Escalations@homeoffice.gov.uk, and i replied to the this email, but keep getting Delivery failure msg. called home office again and they told me to wait 24to 48 hrs again. does any one know that where to reply, or any email address. thanks
