Just received a letter ,not sure what to make out of it

Here is what we received , it appears to say that we need to support additional documents?! Or this is just an acknowledgement? Kindly help. I'm bit confused

Generic email. Clearly states if you have not submitted to submit. If you have submitted, ignore that bit. It does state it is simply an acknowledgement.
