dear moderator
Please clarify
I am applying ILR under tier 1 entrepreneur visa 200k
I have 5 point on my driving license due to over speeding which will expire in March 2021 but I will apply or ILR on Feb 2021 so I need to disclose with home office or not
Please advise

Declare it. It will NOT impact your ILR.
