Tier 2 dependent visa extension

Dear respected admins and members :
I got my ILR on Sept 2020 via 5years Tier2-Gerneral route, and now I am applying for extension of my wife's leave to remain for another 3 years.
Would you please advise me the followings:
- In the online form ,at the last page; the form doesn't list "the maintenance evidence" as the mandatory or other documents , is this normal ?
-In the section "The person you are joining or accompanying": the form asks "Which visa or permission to stay has Mr## applied for or been granted?" I chose "Tier 2 (General) leave to remain". Is this correct as I got already ILR in this route and there is no option for ILR there?
-Just after that, it asks for BRP number : I put my ILR card number ,is this correct ?
