Hello all,

I am a non-EU national living in England with an Indefinite Leave to Remain.

We are in the process of making an application for my partner who lives in India.

I live in a 2-bedroom house, the title deeds are in my name and I have a mortgage. I am the only person living in the house. Do I still need to get the housing inspection report done to satisfy the adequate accommodation requirement?
