Does this FLR (M) -> SET (M) timeline look correct?

Post by BenAnswers2 » Thu Jan 14, 2021 2:50 pm

If my wife arrived in the UK on 5th November 2020 on the 5-year spouse route, can we apply for:

- FLR(M) on 28 days before Friday, 5 May 2023? i.e. 28 days before 30 months
- SET(M) on 28 days before Wednesday, 5 November 2025? i.e. 28 days before 60 months?

You have recently just arrived into the UK. You need to complete 60 months in the UK so therefore focus on your extension first before focusing on ILR which is far too ahead. It is safer if you applied when you have completed 30 months in the UK from when you arrived here or 28 days before.
My opinions should not be constituted as an immigration or legal advice.
