What are current fee for ILR standard application and same day application. Does applicant need to pay IHS/Health surcharge with ILR applications and how much?

At the moment, option of same day application is not available.
IHS payment is not required for ILR.

Yea, standard application.

As already advised above, there is NO IHS payable for ilr.
