the issue is that the lady has a child 9 years old son, has physical custody from birth, with no input from ex-husband since birth, and no contact. the issue is she doesn't have sole custody, nor any paperwork from the court to say this. yet she makes all life decisions for her child from health, education, diet, clothes everything a mother does for her child. now that she is making a spouse application to join her husband in UK in order to be successful she needs custody papers, but in the absence of custody papers what can be the solution. the ex-husband has profusely refused to even give a no-objection letter.
