NARIC certificate expiry date - required for ILR

HI Team, hope you are all doing ?
I have question regarding the NARIC document. I am in process of applying the ILR from the Tier-2 General route. May I know NARIC document is required ? . To give little bit context on this, I have done my Masters in english language before coming to UK . And never submitted NARIC document during the Tier-2 General initial as well as extension process.
So, confused now is this NARIC is this required for ILR?. However, I do have NARIC document which more than 2 years valid. Is there any expire date for the NARIC document, incase it required for ILR application.
