Hi,

I am submitting an application for a spouse visa for my wife. She is from Pakistand and I am from the UK. Application was done here in the UK.

I have been told that the offices are closed and that the documents etc can't be sent yet.

Can anyone confirm please?

I'm unsure where you are getting such information from? You can apply as normal and applications can be self uploaded yourself.
